Suggestions for what to do at our "not-back-to-school" picnic!

I am trying to organize our "not-back-to-school" picnic, and I have no idea what to "do". The kids will range in age from 2-11.

We will be having it at a Earth Education Camp that has a big open field and then down the path a wooded area with a big teepee and table etc. Any suggestions for keeping the little ones occupied?

I thought maybe a scavenger hunt for the older ones?

We had a cake walk, treasure hunt, pot luck lunch, donut eating contest and a local homeschool band performed. But mainly, the kids played and the parents mingled.
