TTC #1 in our 30s -- September - Page 3

Ok, is this my chart? http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2ccfd6

I only started charting last month. By the end of last month I was pretty sure AF was on her way so I just stopped temping. This month I took a few opk's all decreasingly negative and I had to wake up super early one morning and I slept in super late on another. I only had a tiny bit of EWCM. FF has no idea what to do with me I think I may be discovering that I only ovulate on one side?

Today when I got home from work late - my husband had a delicious dinner prepared. I just had to share the best thing that happened to me today. SO I'll ask you; has anyone done something nice for you lately?

Welcome Hykue. I wish I lived in Canada.. I love Canada so much - we went there on our honeymoon.

Thanks for the words of welcome!

Taxlady - that is your chart. Do you mean you only ovulate on one side at a time (that's normal, right?) or that you only ovulate on one side at all? I'm pretty certain that I ovulate way more often on my left than on my right. Or maybe it just is more noticeable when I ovulate on my left . . .

My sister let me talk to her for two hours on the phone, even though she has an almost-two-year-old that she could be paying attention to . . . I thought that was pretty nice.

Where in Canada did you go for your honeymoon? I also like it, although I like it a lot less in the winter. Especially near the end of winter. There are a lot of parts of Canada that I've never even seen - I live nearly as far east as I've ever been in Canada! Anyway, I do like it. Nothing objective about it, it's just home. I tried Texas (too hot) and Washington state (so unbelievably dreary with the constant rain and my SAD) and then I came back home. But I sure do love visiting other places! Especially warmer places, and especially in the winter. In fact, we keep going to deserts . . . Baja California, the Sahara . . . Oh. Hehe. I'm not known for being succinct. Apologies.

CD16, still no temp rise today, maybe it'll go up tomorrow. My chart's been looking a little erratic this month, so I'm hoping to see a definitive temp change sometime soon. As much as I hate the 2ww, I'm ready to get there already!

hey everyone! lots of new faces (well, not really faces, but new ladies nonetheless!).

i had the good fortune to ovulate over labor day weekend while we were camping with friends, where there was no possibility to DTD with any kind of privacy. we managed to dtd before we left, which was either 1-2 days before O, so we'll see. I stopped temping for this second half of the cycle because I kind of want to forget about it this month. It was a frustrating experience in the woods

Good luck everyone! I prob won't be around much this month!

fertilemyrtle - Sorry to hear about the bad timing for O! But you never know, it only takes one little swimmer to get pregnant, so maybe one was able to hang around for a few days until the egg showed up.

fertilemyrtle - BD'g 1-2 days before 0 is better than not at all I guess I hope one of the swimmers held on till you O'd.

Hi Ladies!

Thanks for putting me on the graduate list. I guess I'm now officially in the April 2011 DDC, as I had my first u/s today and got an EDD of April 28th. We saw the heartbeat and my RE said that if next week's u/s looks good, I get to graduate to the regular obgyn group! I can't thank you all enough for being such a supportive and fun group. Tons of baby dust and well wishes to everyone!

Congrats Lauraska! I hope you have a healthy and happy nine months. Best of luck to you, and hopefully more of us will be joining you very soon!
oh congrats Lauraska.

I posted this in the everything thread too. I took a pregnancy test during AF because it seemed light and different. I saw the BFP but really didn't believe it. I just got the results of my blood test and I an indeed very early pregnant. I told the doctor that I was just surprised because I had a normal period (it continued)! She said that she wants me to get another blood test on Monday to see if the number is up good (or down - unhealthy).

My husband was right next to me on the train when I got the call! So he knows too!

Bolobear - Congrats again (I had posted another congrats to you on the everything thread)! It's great to see some good news on a Friday morning!

AFM - very frustrated that my temp did not go up this morning. I was sure I O-ed yesterday - it was two days past my first OPK, which is when I normally O, plus my CM was right for it, and I thought I had some O pains, so I was sure my temp would be above 98 this morning. But no, just up by .02. Now I'm worried we may have BD-ed too soon. Blah.

Congrats Lauraska! And you too Bolobear!

OH Bolobear! That is exciting!! I am sending good vibes your way!!

Lauraska - that is awesome! I hope you have a great pregnancy.

Well, FF says I O'd 3 days ago. We DTD only twice and I am really not sure my chart is correct. ? http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2ccfd6 since I took my temperature at weird times. I ran out of OPK's and didn't have a chance to buy more. SO I guess we'll just wait and see - but I don't have much hope. It's obviously my fault this go round.. I have to be more serious about temping if I want clear answer on FF.

To everyone TGIF!

Taxlady: I'd say your chart looks like either CD17 or CD19 for O. Don't give up hope! You're not out til the evil aunt shows up And I completely understand about temping at wierd times - sometimes it's hard to temp at the same time every day.

bolobear: AWESOME! CONGRATS! Hope to hear that your numbers are really high by Monday!

lauraska: Enjoy your DDC and hope you have a great pregnancy and birth!

AFM: Nothing new, just waiting, waiting I've had tons of creamy CM the last few days - way more CM than I had the rest of my cycle combined, which seems really odd to me. I've decided to test on Monday. All I have to do is hold out that long

Taxlady - I agreed with LivingSky on either a CD 17 or 19 O for you. I'm with you on the temping at weird times, or under weird circumstances. I always have to get up for something, i.e. potty, or trying to see what my two cats have destroyed... or I'll BD in the morning before I temp - I'm sure that throws it way off! Anyway, don't give up hope yet - those two times BDing this month may be all you needed!

BFP ladies!!! Woohoo! I'm so excited.

dust all around!

Congrats annaconda!!!! I already congratulated you on a different thread, but just wanted to say it again. Thanks for posting your whole BFP story in the main thread - interesting reading! Good luck to you!

Hope everyone is doing well and had a great weekend.
I'm 4 DPO, just waiting, waiting, waiting... Planning to test on 13 DPO unless there are signs of AF around that time.
Congrats Annaconda!!!!

I've been traveling for the last week. Totally not obsessing. But...now I'm home...and AF is *still* not here. And I'm pretty sure this is 15dpo; all the signs lined up so neatly. Last 2 cycles AF has showed at 11 and 9dpo. My chart is kinda ugly this month, but it's been more steady the last few days, so I don't know. I haven't got a single symptom I can't explain easily some other way. Every other cycle, I've had 12 inexplicable symptoms.
I haven't got a test in the house (that I'm willing to use), but maybe it's time for a shopping trip.
I'm honestly a bit scared to find out.

Meander - just peeked at your chart, and it's still looking good! Will keep stalking to see the outcome... hoping for a BFP for you!
