Biophysical Profile and engagement of baby's head

Hi,
I am scheduled to have a Biophysical Profile ultrasound on the 17th. The baby's head is already engaged into my pelvis (due date is end of Sept/beginning of Oct).
Will the sonographer still be able to do the Biophysical Profile? I know that measuring the head and looking at the brain is a kind of important part of this ultrasound. But, if the head is blocked by the pelvic bones, how will it work?
Thanks!

I thought the BPP was mostly to look at amniotic fluid levels and assess baby's well-being (heart tones, movement, etc)? I'm not sure why they'd need to measure the head/brain at that point.

But if they do, I think they can look "down" from above your pubic bone into your pelvis.

Yeah a biophysical profile looks more at amniotic fluid levels as well as different types of movements of the baby. Your baby's head being engaged won't be an issue.

This!

They measured my babies head at ours, and his femur, for a weight estimate. But they spent more time looking at placenta placement, amniotic fluid and movement.
