vegetarian crock pot cookbook?

Fresh from the Vegetarian Slow Cooker. I'm borrowing it from the library right now, and it's pretty good. I don't know if I would buy it, but I am going to renew it so I have it for another month, and then I"ll copy down all the recipes that we do like.

I third "Fresh From the Vegetarian Slow Cooker". We regularly make soups from it, to stock our freezer.

Also look at the "A Year of Slow Cooking" blog

There are some vegetarian recipes on there, and a few meat recipes that can be adapted.
