my kids love love love green smoothies.
i just put some torn kale leaves, with frozen bananas or pineapple or berries, coconut oil, raw honey and water in a blender and blend till smooooth.
sometimes i add a scoop of green vibrance for added healthy kick.
its a great way to get their veggies in them.
