Ok, I heard a bang and laughing.. I think I should make sure DH wasn't knocked out by something falling (Im pretty sure he isn't, I hear him telling the girls it isn't funny).
So one time he comes in looking kind of stunned. He was cutting a 1 x 2 and was standing directly behind the tablesaw (something he would never do again.) The saw spit out a piece of the 1 x 2 and threw it at him. Fortunately it hit him in the ribcage. Who knows what would have happened if it hit him a few inches lower in his belly. He had a rectangular red mark where he was hit. It took a long time to heal. Another time he was using the miter saw. He cut off the tip of his finger. Not enough to get it sewed back on (not that we could find the piece.) He told our kids who were young teens, "I am being a role model of what not to do."
