I have the answer to muscle soreness!

Take arnica. Seriously, it works wonders. I started taking it after my long runs (I'm training for a marathon) and it has made a huge difference. I wish I had known about it earlier. I thought I'd share!

It's a homeopathic remedy. I get mine from the local health food store. Some traditional pharmacies are carrying the creams (which I haven't tried), but I'm not sure about the pellets (which have worked for me).

Thanks. My leg muscles feel like they're made of cement. I got off track with working out, and now that I'm back at it, getting up and down and walking is killing me!

thanks!! i just started the 30 Day Shred, and i soooo needed some help with the soreness! the actual workout isn't so bad.

I also highly recommend cell salts.

basically, trace nutrients from the 12 inorganic minerals we require.

Another good tool are epsom salt soaks. Excellent for overworked muscles.

I second the arnica and epsom salts. I carry arnica in my purse, actually, after falling in love with it after birth. Epsom salt baths are even better, IMO, at relieving very sore muscles and the combo of the two work wonders!
