a) I budget $140/week or ~$610/month, this is for me (pregnant and GF), DH, DD (age 7), DD (age 3)

b) Mostly all conventional but now I am gluten free and the girls will probably be also so it's going to have to include some specialty items

c) my garden (), local natural food store, Fareway (local chain), and Hy-Vee
