My MW did this at our appointment last night. It was so much fun! I was wondering if anyone else had done it. Here is a pic (forgive the stretch marks!).

We did a belly cast and have thought about drawing the belly map on the cast. Not sure though. I do LOVE the picture!!! And the stretch marks....they are battle scars!!!!

She brought it up....but I bet a lot of midwives would like to do it, even if it's not something they do on a regular basis. You just need watercolor crayons.

hehe, no...it's not 100% anatomically correct for sure. She said the head is much lower too, but she drew everything in the general vicinity of where it actually is...guessing on placenta and cord location of course (we don't know placenta location since I've declined u/s).
