Who/How to replace the elastic in some size small FB

Anyone know of a source to fix. I don't want to do it myself.

You could try contacting FB customer service to see if they can recommend something. I've called them on several occasions for random questions and they've always been very helpful! 1-800-DRY-BABY is the number.
