Tension help

I am looking for any tips for balancing the nervous system. I am constantly in 'fight or flight' mode and it needs to stop but I can't seem to shake it.
I think some of the reasons for it are that DS (14 months) has always been a bad/light sleeper and I am always nervous that he is going to wake up during naps and he is still up 2-3 times at night. Meal times are often stressful too. He is a good eater but very impatient and as soon as he finishes something and wants more or wants something different instead of what I gave him, he screams. I also am a very organized/clean person and of course now don't have the time to do what I was always used to do or have done so I also needs tips on learning to let go. I do eat healthy (as that is one thing I can control) and do take time to myself in the evening for a bath to relax. Please help me with any tips/resources for enjoying life and my family by getting rid of this 'fight or flight' mode.

Thanks!

Getting a massage always helps me with that kind of anxiety! (specifically a deep-tissue massage.)
