If your first had an allergy/sensitivity...

My DS has a sensitivity to pasteurized dairy. That's as far as we've narrowed it down. We dont' know if it's the lactose or what...

Anyway, I'm pregnant again and worried. I HATED those first few months before I figured out that I needed to cut out milk.

What is the likelihood that my next DS will have problems? Should I just cut out the allergens my birth month and add them in slowly? Or eat normally and wait and see?

Subbing to see what everyone else says. My DD has multiple intolerances (including dairy) and we're expecing #2...

Ours are intolerances, not IgE allergies, but 2nd child has more, and more severe reactions, than 1st child. Part is genetics, 2nd child is more like me, but I think the main part is my health getting rundown. #3 is still a future possibility, so I can't say for sure whether working on my own health will make an impact, seems like it should.
