Toddler lunch ideas

Hi, trouble thinking of new ideas for my toddlers lunch. We do a lot of chicken/avocado, so I want to switch it up. Nothing hot (like chili, soup, etc). He is dairy/soy intolerant so no bread/cheeses etc...

Any ideas? The best I cam up with is a veggie/shrimp orzo and cold noodle tuna salad with veggies. But he has those a lot too, looking for NEW ideas!!

My kid LOVES tomatoes, and we have a ton of them right now, so I mix cut tomatoes, avocado, macroni pasta, olives and some spices and he'll eat a ton of it. This might be too close to your chicken and avocado though.

Black olives or green? And if you one big one ahead does it keep? Or does the avocado turn brown.

do you do wheat? most breads have no dairy--you say "noodles"-rice?

we do lots of frozen peas, pickled/deviled eggs-meats of all types, shellfish, left over salmon --just a few------we eat tons of olives and t-matoes this time of year too!!

Nuts, beef jerky, fermented carrot sticks (a fave around my house), oven-roasted root vegetables.

It depends on what I have around. Garlic powder, sage, pepper. I use a bunch of spice blends from Penzeys too (the Sandwich spice is really good although it might have cheese in it).

Black olives, and the juice from the tomatoes should keep the avocado from browning. If you're worried you could add a splash of lemon juice (which is also yummy).

Great Ideas thanks. How do you make fermented carrot sticks?
