When Kids get modest say No to Doctors by peeking at the private region

That's when doctors stop looking or peeking at the private region.

I'm for sure that doctor who is Brendan pedi proably forgot about my paper that I brought over last year which only made her peek as in peek at his penis but didn't touch it but more likely she would have been a pedi that retracts so I didn't bring my paper this time since I was thinking she proably would remember .

So thankfully when Brendan said no to her when she said she wanted to look at his boy parts to check to see if they are healthy she proably more likely would have retracted him .

She listened to his wishes and said this is the age kids start to become more modest .

I had told him just make sure you protect yourself because she may want to mess with your foreskin so you don't have to show her your penis because it's healthy so doctors don't really need too look at it because there is no problem .

So even though he said she won't do that but when he heard bout checking boys parts that when he blocked his private parts when she started to unbutton and unzip his pants .

he realized when doctors are told a bunch of times they forget really quickly what parents tell them but don't forget their training .

She began to undress him?? Isn't that ... weird? My ped has never even tried to undress my toddler, even when she was less than a year old. They always request that I remove the clothing. No adult would tolerate a doctor removing their clothing without first getting consent. Why would a doctor think it's ok to undress a child without talking and getting his/her consent first?

Weird.

I have never had a ped ask permission of me or of ds before going for the button and zipper. Only after he already has things on the way to being undone have they said I am going to check.

It has driven me nuts in the past since ds wasnt verbal enough to say no but this year I am going to tell ds to say no when the ped asks him to check his privates. I am just to tired of fighting over ds's foreskin. Last year sucked big time because the Dr had it in his head ds's foreskin was to long. I told him it was fine but he looked at me like I had 2 heads but he let it go after that but still

Yep totally weird but these montana doctors are so behind even with pamphlets I have given to them they will still do that including too girls . Sometimes I just wonder why they do that when there are no problems there why do they need to see for themselves to see if it's healthy ?

Also, never once do doctors ask they just tell their patient I'm going to check your parts now then do the unbuttoning /unzipping .
