Anyone have an recommendations on good toddler yoga DVD's? I can't do classes so I was hoping to find something I could travel with. TIA!

We got Shana Banana's yoga video and my ds(3) loves it. We went to a couple of classes for kids, but he really likes watching this DVD, doesn't mean he actually does any of it with the DVD, but he asks to watch it a lot. I like the video- she can be a little overly excited for my taste, but it's a sweet video and has nice poses that are good for kids, I think. I hear my ds singing the songs sometimes and they're sweet songs. The people at the yoga studio we went to suggested it. Another one I'm interested in, but haven't seen is Wai Lana's videos. She has several for kids and they look appealing. Good luck!

Do you have Netflix? That's a good way to try them out. I know that the Wai Lana DVD's are on there. I put them on my que, but haven't gotten them yet. Netflix has a few others too. I can't wait to try them!

I didn't even know they had toddler yoga videos! What fun!
I do yoga at home sometimes (5-10 min here and there) and my 21 mo DD copies me. Her favorite pose is "down dog", which is really her version of my "cat" I'm doing because my back is always aching from holding her. She also likes to crawl under me or climb over me to "help" me with yoga lol!

Yoga By the Dozen!!!  It is the best. Netflix has it so you can try it out. My DD loves it and it's real yoga. She even says Namaste now-awesome.
