Argh. Well, I attempted a new way of doing push-ups w/ a balance ball over a week ago and the deltoid in my left arm is super sore. I can barely get dressed in the morning!
I was on top of the ball and rolled out till the ball was under my knees. Killer, but they felt good!
Last night, I tried doing them the old fashioned way and it felt fine during, but still sore today and not really any worse, just achey.
Should I lay off on any arm exercise for the time being? If so, for how long?
