QUICK! Help me help my chicken! Yellow Diarrhea

i have a 1 year old easter egger who won't come out of the coop. she's either sitting in the corner (not in the nest) or will stand up and walk around if i walk toward her. her tail feathers are moving and it looks like her rear end is "contracting" for lack of a better word. i picked up her a little while ago and she produced a little yellow diarrhea. she's already laid an egg today. she's now walking around a little and eating some food. but definitely not herself. we lost another easter egger a few weeks ago VERY QUICKLY who appeared to have no symptoms other than just sitting there in the coop staring into space for a few hours. should i try to isolate this chicken tonight or is it too late for that to matter (she's with 6 others)?
any advice?

Try posting over at the backyard chicken forum. They have an emergency/illness section.

Are you able to get any food into her? Maybe some vitamin/electrolytes.I picked up a packet after our 13 week old roo died suddenly. It just took one day for him to go from fine to gone.Check out that forum. There might be some posts similar to yours.Worms, bad food,so many things. There are food options for the runny poop too.I would isolate till that is under control.Maybe add some kefir or yogurt to the food once she is on the mend.
