Bloody Nose - HELP! - Page 2

First day feedback:

No nosebleeds since turned off the window AC, started the humidifier, lanolin, K2 and cell salts. DC was having at least 2/day for a few days before all that. So, that's the good news!

The bad news is that I have at least 4 variables to work with so it will be a while before I know for sure what made the difference. I think I will go like this for a couple of weeks and then may eliminate one variable at a time to see if I can figure out which combination helped the most.

BTW, lanolin smells like sheep when you put it up your nose - duh!

Thanks again, I'll keep you all posted when I start the experiment.

Update #2 - no bloody noses since we started the treatment. We've stopped the lanolin (because it smells like sheep) but are keeping up with the k2, cell salts and the humidifier. When the weather turns mellows out I may pull DC off of all of them and add each treatment individually when we need to turn the heat on.

Yay! And yeah, that's the downside of changing lots at once, but sometimes it's worth it to make a problem go away, and then backtracking to figure out what caused what.

That's awesome. Maybe getting the tender tissue up there to finally really heal will help too.
