anyone have a good biscuit recipe for soy dairy wheat nut and gluten free diet?

Here is the recipe we use.

It is not soy-free (if you use the buttermilk casein free substitution...but I don't know why hemp milk or rice milk wouldn't work).

Buckwheat pete has a biscuit recipe. I recentry tried his GF pitas, and they turned out great, so I imagine the buscuits will be good.
