Peeing 10 seconds too soon - help!

My son is 3 months old and we have been ECing part time from birth. Over the past three weeks he has been cuing that he needs to pee but will start spraying as soon as I begin to take off his diaper/underwear. Any advice on how to get him to wait for the potty?

Do you have potties or bowls close by or in every room to get their asap?

Well, he is only 3 mos. old. He may need a little more time before he puts together the puzzle pieces about waiting to go over a potty after he cues. It could also be the air hitting his penis - that's a very common thing in little boys too. Any way to delay taking off the diaper until he is 'in position?'
