Anyone had experience with an elimination diet for arthritis?

My husband has terrible arthritis even though he is only in his late 20's. He is going off corn, potatoes, tomatoes, citrus, nuts, dairy, wheat, sugar, and meat. Anyone tried this? How did it work or you?

I think GAPS diet talks about helping arthritis.

Here's my favorite website regarding inflammation and autoimmune disorders:

FYI, pastured meat is not inflammatory. A primal diet minus nightshades would be a great diet for him to follow.

For my allergies/sensitivies and joint issues, GAPS has helped me a ton.
