Any recommendations for kid-friendly, not excessively labor intensive GFCF cookbooks?

I like The Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free Cookbook for kids and adults.

Thanks! Is that casein free also? Casein is my strongest suspicion as the trigger, but I have been advised to do the gluten free also.

In terms of basic meal ideas, I like The Garden of Eating by Matesz. It's not geared towards kids, it's mostly what I think of as family dinners, it's grain free and dairy free. And it's easy to add a side of rice or quinoa or potatoes.

There are a lot of online blogs that are gluten and dairy free, it depends on what you're looking for--mostly GFCF breads/bread-like stuff, or snacks, or desserts, different blogs are better for different things. Let me see if I can find a few that I have bookmarked...

... that one has a chocolate cake version that is really yummy--who'da thunk that a cake made of black beans would be good? But it passed for real cake at Park Day last spring among a group of gluten-eaters.
