Yep. We use one just like that. We got it at Lowe's though, not Target.

We don't put a liner in it or anything, just wipe it out when we take the dipes down to the washer downstairs.

It really doesn't get too stinky, we do wash about every other day.

I'm starting to ponder a diaper pail as well... Orion's was always stinky, especially when we moved and had a garage and the *heat* in the garage would make it so so smelly.
