Dear Ovaries

Dear Ovaries,

Let me first start by apologizing. I realize that you have been producing beautifully formed eggs since i was 12. 2 of them specifically, that have meet with their life long mate and formed 2 beautiful children. Thank you for all your work. I apologize for not realizing earlier how hard you truly do work.

I also would like to apologize for working you so hard these past 5 months with all the Vitex, Soy isofavones, B vitamins, Maca, and on, and on... I know all that force cant be easy on you.

I know how strong you are, and I know how hard you work so that i can have the opportunity to bring beautiful children into this world.

But for some reason, it seems, you are on strike. I will call the union, I will increase your supplements, you want benefits? you got 'em; just please come back to work.

I beg of you, I need you!!!!!

I cant do this without you, in fact. You hold the first key in this puzzle of TTC a child. Sure, Fertility Friend is a nice crutch while your away, and she can help when you are at work as well, but there is one simple fact: my chart can never yell "PREGNANT" unless you are ready willing and able to start the cycle of life.

So dear ovaries, please, restart your engines. I will do all that I can to make sure that the next perfectly formed egg that you provide to my family, is met with 5 million eligible bachelors anxiously awaiting her arrival.

Dear ovaries, I need you to do your job, as only you know how; so that I can do my job, as a mother, as only I know how.

Love,
Patiently Waiting

apparently they were listening too. thanks guys!

i really think that once i stopped all the vitex...and soy iso and blah blah blah on different cycles, that my body was getting back to where it wanted to be!

i usually ovulate with the full moon, but i ovulated right on the day of the new moon this cycle. so my body may just have been adjusting to where the moon wanted us to be.
