I didn't hate nettle tea myself plain, but I did try mixing it with apple juice (anything kinda 'light' juice-wise like that would work I think - white grape, pear, stuff like that). I mixed it half/half and put it on ice.

I drink my nettle mixed with chamomile, a tiny bit of white tea, and raw honey. It does the trick

I mixed mine with a fruity herbal tea and some honey.

I dump honey into it. Sometimes I add oatstraw, and that tastes worse. So , after a few pots with oatstraw, the regular nettle tastes fine.

I actually really like the nettle infusion by itself, so I've never tried it, but I've heard that adding peppermint is nice.

We add peppermint, about 2 T per quart of infusion. I also only make the infusion for 4 hours, I know some people pour on boiling water and leave it overnight and I hear that makes it really, really strong and I'm a wimp, I admit it. So warm-ish water for 4 hours with the peppermint works for us. And especially over the summer, it's so hot here (yay Texas summers ) that I often refrigerate the nettles after I strain out the leaves and we drink it cold. Partly because cold is nice in the summer and partly because cold things have less flavor.

I infuse about a cup of nettle with a quart of hot water for 8-12hrs (during the day), strain, add honey & refrigerate overnight. Love it! So maybe cold?

if you don't want tea, I've had fresh nettles in smoothies and soup...

Drinking it cold helps but mixing it with water kefir (like one part water kefir and three parts nettle infusion) is really tasty.

I've never infused it, but I'm with HonkyTonka - eat them! They're delicious.

With the peppermint, just be sure that you aren't nursing. Mint can dry you up. (even at 6 weeks pp, with a significant over-supply problem - ask me how i know. )
