At least 6 weeks old, more for me though. DD2s birth I had a rough recovery and I was still in pain at 6 weeks pp. I couldn't imagine trying to fly any sooner because I couldn't do it.

I flew with my son when he was 2.5 months and he did great! I was a little concerned about the recycled air in planes which can carry germs but it worked out fine.
