So, I've been charting for 3 months now, but I haven't been superrrrr serious about it. We're just taking things as they come. I have realllllly long cycles, and I'm still BFing so I get a little confused about it all anyway. Well, this month we hit it right on O day (according to FF) and now I am spotting at 6 DPO. If it is AF, then my cycle is only 24 days this time..a BIG difference than the last two (36 days and 63 days). I had a pretty high temp this morning though..doesn't your temp drop the day she comes?? Here's my chart- www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2ef109. I haven't been keeping up with my CF, so I don't really have that info to use. Thanks for any input! I am kind of excited, but I don't want to get my hopes up too high.

To be honest...I am kinda torn between two opinions. At first glance, I thought your chart was triphasic. Then I read the other ladies' posts and I saw their point too.
I thought the high temp on CD9 & 10 might still be some hormones dropping. I had higher temps in the beginning of my cycle this month as well, which is actually a little unusal for me. My chart is on my homepage. So if you exclude those two and the one on CD14 then it looks triphasic to me. But that might be a little too much excluding. Although, I had some questions for FF a couple months ago and they told me that FF does their own excluding and discarding based on patterns they see the most on their site.
Anyway, it's too early to test but I will definitely be stalking and
for you!!!
