There's a thread in my DDC about pg dreams and it got me to thinking...

In both my previous pg, I have had vivid dreams about the sex of my LO very early on in pg and continuing throughout. I have been correct both times. W/ DD, we didn't find out on US, but my dreams were so frequent and convincing that I wasn't even surprised when she came out girlie. (In fact, it took the mw reminding me to even check )

I had a dream the other night that these babies were both boys. (confession- I've been hoping for b/g ) and now I'm wondering how much faith to put into the dream.

How bout for you- I'm wondering how accurate your dreams of LO in predicting sex/gender have been...

I knew dd1 was a girl in my mind, then had oodles of U/S (I knew little about natural living then.) which proved it. With dd2 I knew she was a boy without any doubt, to the extent of going through my baby clothes and pulling out the boy stuff and washing it. Then, very late in my pregnancy, the OB wanna be midwife office I was using because I didn't know I had a choice insisted I do a U/S, because I was measuring small. I was very surprised.

I know that I did this time around and the utrasounds says that I was right in my dream. I actually don't remember with the other two. Of course, I also dreamed that I was pregnat again - not going to happen!

I dreamed of both. Early on I dreamed it was a girl, and then about a week before my u/s I dreamed it was a boy. It was a boy

With my oldest son, I dreamt he was a boy and... he was a boy. With my sister's babies, I knew/dreamt what each one was before it was confirmed. With friends, if I dreamt about their babies, I was always right on the money. Imagine my surprise when, after years of dreaming about my "daughter", and then "feeling like I'm carrying a girl", I just "knew" it was a girl, the ultrasound technition shows me my "daughter's" little penis! Oops!

In all my dreams the baby was a girl even after I knew we were having a boy.

I knew he was a boy the minute I knew I was pregnant, which was weeks before I did a hpt and months before the us... Just felt him, KWIM?

I have only had one dream about the gender of the baby, it was fairly early on (maybe 6 weeks), and it was a girl, but I didn't take it very seriously because I figured it was probably wish-fulfillment. But, at the 17-week US, they said girl, so maybe it was something more than that?

i knew with my first son right from the start. my second I convinced myself he wasa girl... but looking back I think i knew it was a boy but really wanted a girl. With this one I had a dream before i even knew i was pregnant and it was of a 3-d u/s and it was showing a girl. who nows we'll see is 5-6 months

This is my first pregnancy.

About a week before my period was due I dreamt that I was breastfeeding a baby boy. Tested and got a positive.

A few weeks later (maybe around 7-8 weeks gestation) I dreamt that I gave birth to a little boy, but the hospital had him dressed in baby girl clothes, saying they had nothing else. An US at 21 weeks confirmed I was having a girl.

I've also correctly had dreams about my aunt's middle child (sex, and even down to name!) and a coworkers pregnancy.

So I think that for me, somehow my dreams "know" these things!

Yes for both. One boy, one girl (coming soon!)
