TTC after vas reversal?

Anyone out there?

Dh has his consult in Jan, 2011 and if that appt goes well, then the reversal about 3 mths after that.

Anyone btdt? Or in the waiting "room" like I am?

We are--we had our reversal on Sept. 2009 and have not yet seen a BFP. I saw sperm under microscope, though.

Sweetest77 is another, and we are the only ones I know of on here in TTC but I see one every once in a while in another conversation.

We're at 12mos not counting the wait time before the VR so it's gotten a little old. I am now trying to focus less on the TTC process because it takes so much energy. Still hoping, though.

I'm here. DH had his VR in May of '09, so it's been over a year and a few months. Still trying to get pregnant Our VR was successful, DH has had several SA's and everything is fine there We have already had two children together (easily concieved), so we thought it would happen sooner... I'm older and think that is a big part of the problem!

I'm still very hopeful that we will get pregnant (just started seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist), but whatever happens I'm just so happy to have the hope of conceiving again, where before I had just regret!

I knew you were out there.

I'm sorry to hear you both havent gotten your bfp yet. I dont expect to get one right away, if any. Dh and I had no problem conceiving in the past, (4x; 2 kids & 2 losses) but, the last time was almost 9 years ago. I'm 37 now, and he's 44. I'm hopeful, but trying not to be too hopeful.

Since you've both been thru the surgery, any advice?
