DS just started sprouting an angry looking rash today and I can't quite figure it out. He had a few pimply looking spots yesterday, but I assumed it was a little bit of heat rash. Tonight when I got him ready for bed, I noticed quite a few more, so I let him go to bed naked and dusted his bum with some California Baby powder to help soak up some of the sweat. I just went up to check on him and the rash is much worse and the pimples have clear blisters in the middles of some of them. If he hadn't already had chicken pox, I would be wondering if that is what he has. They are now spreading down his legs and up his back.
Any suggestions? I am going to call the ped in the morning, but it looks pretty nasty. He isn't complaining about it all that much, but says it hurts some and is a little itchy.
