What to do about infected wound?

I had a few moles removed and biopsied a week and a half ago, "punch" style with two stitches each. Three sites are healing fine but the fourth (inside of my arm) never really started to heal properly and I can tell it's getting infected. I am allergic to literally ALL topical antibiotics, and I really don't want to take anything systemic right at the beginning of cold & flu season, that's a last resort for me but I expect probably what the dermatologist would prescribe.

Any suggestions? Anything natural with antibacterial properties like garlic or coconut oil, or maybe hydrogen peroxide?

Maybe consider some silver spray. I use it topically for all of our cuts, scrapes, burns, and wounds.

Thanks everyone. I'll go hunt down some tea tree oil tomorrow.
