.. and everything is perfect!
Turns out I've got a big baby in there (didn't need them to tell me that!) and his head is large & hard to scan. But they took their time and checked it very closely, and he's perfectly healthy.
So I was 34 weeks yesterday and they estimated his weight at 7pds. 2 weeks ago it was estimated at 6lb 7oz. I am also trying not to be freaked out by the u/s tech who does this all day long going on and on about what a big boy and big head he's got. Hypnobabies bubble of peace, here I come!!
I know how off those u/s readings can be, but dh and I are not small people (he's 6'4" and I'm 5'10") so I'm pretty sure we are not having a small baby either.
Anyway I'm just THRILLED that Gavin is ok, looks great and healthy and I can finally fully relax. I know I probably needed that 32 week growth u/s done because of my surgery, but this is a nice reminder of how u/s can cause more worry and stress than necessary sometimes. But oh well - I've got a healthy little boy in there and that's all that matters.
Thanks for your support everyone!!
