I just did a long overdue declutter of out bathroom cabinets and kitchen. I now have 4 big plastic bins of junk that I'm not sure what to do with...
-household cleaning products
-vitamins, otc medicine
-makeup, all types of toiletries
-hair accessories, jewelry, watch that I don't use
-old kitchen stuff (cutting boards, can openers, etc)
This is largely old junk (~5-10 yrs), so most of the stuff that can expire is probably expired.
Would you:
(a) dump everything directly in the trash?
(b) freecycle, and if so, can you stipulate that people take everything rather than pick through for specific items
(c) recycle? I don't want to throw anything bad down the drain, so I was leaning toward option a.
Or is there a better idea I'm missing?
Thanks for any suggestions!
