I've been taking alot of supplements to try to become healthier, along with improving my diet, of course. It seems as if I have become less healthy with the more supp I take. I've been looking into the fact that most I take are synthetic and that may be bad. But now I've run into some articles that say the "flowing agent" which alot of supps and drugs contain (magnesium stearate) may be bad to the point of being toxic if to much in injested. What's your take on this??
