Adding internal seat to a SSC?

I love my SSCs, but I am terrible at doing a back carry with them without any help I can do it if I have *just* the right spot to put baby on, but in general, I am bad at it.

I am toying with the idea of adding a seat to make back carries easier when out and about. Has anyone tried this?

Well, I just dug out a scrap of canvas and sewed it into a very simple seat- when DS wakes up I'll see how it works. I figure the worst that happens is I have to pull out the seam ripper.

(While I do adore my carriers, I need function above resale value!)
