Making tuna casserole ahead?

I'm a tuna casserole virgin...

I am trying to figure out dishes that I can make ahead & leave for the sitter to cook/heat up for dinner. I work 7am-7:30pm, so I have to make it the day/night before.

Would tuna casserole hold up if I assembled it? Or, could I bake it tonight, and then they reheat tomorrow?

Thanks!

Oh, any other ideas for make-ahead meals would be great. My sitter has EXTREMELY limited cooking skills, so it has to be pretty fool-proof for her to heat up.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't make it up, pop it in the fridge (uncooked) and have her cook it the next day. Also - reheated tuna casserole is very good, too.
