Today I went to court for child support.Exh owes more than $15,000,about $5,000 to me,the rest to the state and medical.They let him go again!This time I asked for a hearing,I didn't want to give him another chance.It's been 2 years since he's paid!The judge gave him a suspended sentence at the ACI and 3 months to find a job.He held him in willfull contempt since he lied about a job.This is only because his court appointed lawyer fought for him(I love how he gets a lawyer and I don't).If he doesn't get a job he goes to jail,until he comes up with some money,and since he has burnt all his bridges,that could be forever.He's a homeless alcoholic.He has until December 9th,and that's it.No more excuses,no more chances.He's drunk right now of course.
