I used to buy GT Dave's KT, then started making my own. The kids and I love it, but without the 'nutritional information' on the side, how do I really know that what I'm making has all the great nutritional benefits that a bottle of GT Dave's KT has? How do I know I'm doing it right? My SCOBY's are very healthy, a new one grows every time I make a new batch (I have like 4 inches of SCOBYs right now - trying to give some away!) but how do I really know? kwim?
