Comparing the risks to the benefits

Anyone know of a resource that compares the likelihood of an adverse reaction to a vaccine to the likelihood of actually getting the disease the vaccine protects against? I know Dr. Sears does this in his book, and I have read it, but his math seems a little sketchy to me.

The CDC pinkbook has good info on the incidence of the diseases, but I really don't think that you will get accurate statistics about the liklihood of an adverse event vs the likelihood of getting the disease since the incidences of adverse reactions are grossly under reported and most reactions are not even recognized by reactions or they are considered by the medical profession "normal".
