Spit up stain removers: need suggestions

Anyone know of a product that does a great job on spit up stains?

Homemade, store bought (preferably something I can find in Canada), whatever.

I had good luck with hydrogen peroxide. Also oxygen bleaches like "Oxy Clean" and the like.

I've actually had good luck with Dawn dish detergent - I think it's because the stains are from milkfat.

I have a lot of spit up stains I haven't tried it yet but a lady at church told me to soak the clothes in oxyclean and water overnight then wash with Dawn. Repeat until its all out. Then wash like regular to get the dawn out if you are worried about rashes (my kids rash if I use dawn on clothes/diapers and I don't rinse it out really well). When I find out the gender of the baby Im carrying Ill try it with the clothes I have to see if it works.

Oxyclean

Oxyclean for anything organic.

Darn for anything with oil.

You could also try a bit of lemon juice on the stain and then sunning it. I agree, Dawn works on anything oily.
