a return of nausea normal?

I am 14 weeks pregnant and have, thankfully, been almost completely nausea-free for two weeks now. Whew! But just two days ago it came back, in full force, worse than ever before. Just absolutely debilitating. Is this normal?

I guess the main reason I'm worried is that I rented a doppler to hear the baby's heartbeat and I haven't been able to hear it yet ... I'm on vacation and can't see a doctor till a week from today. I had an ultrasound at 11 weeks and everything was great. Could this overwhelming nausea be a sign of miscarriage, or is it a good sign of normal pregnancy? Thanks!

Just wanted to note that I haven't had any bleeding, pain, or cramping.

It certainly was normal for me in all 3 of my pregnancies and seems like it was typical in my due date club as well. Hopefully it will go away for good very soon!

Happened to me with my first. Was nausea free for about 3 weeks then it came back at week 17. Lasted again until week 20. I wouldn't worry about it!

Comes and goes for me too, I am 24 weeks and I still get it from time to time.

I had morning sickness all along but Week 14 stands out in both of my pregnancies as being the beginning of the worst stretch.

And actually, when I had my miscarriage, I had no nausea. That's how I knew something was wrong.

Sounds like a good sign to me!
