Moms still nursing, changes in your nurslings poop?

Hahaha sorry if this seems weird. But I was so surprised at how long my 18 month old sons poop stayed "babyish". My older sons became "grown up"- stinky, harder, you know... at around 15 months. Well now my older sons poop has changed and I think it has to do with my pregnancy. I realized that my older sons change coincided with the beginning of my 2nd pregnancy, weird! Is it possible that the same hormones that can make moms constipated are transmitted via breastmilk to nurslings? Anyone else notice the same with their LO? This is probably the strangest converstion ever, but I was just curious.

I've noticed a change, but I think it has more to do with the fact that my supply has dropped pretty significantly and DD is taking in less liquid. This alone made her poop harder. She is slowly adjusting and will now ask for a drink after nursing; she is also eating much more food these days, and that is also making her poop more "grown-up".

My little guys poop is harder too, but he is nursing less and eating more food so I figured that is why
