Food intolerances abound...

My 6 wk old dd has had reflux issues since about 1 week with periods of apnea that were the scariest moments of my life! I cut out dairy right away because I had to do the same thing with the previous two. That helped but then we figured out soy is almost a bigger issue for her than the dairy. And coffee, tea, and soda also upset her. All in the most trace amounts. Now I have a happy baby who rarely spits up, but combined with my nut and fruit allergies I am left with little to eat. I don't mind eating whole foods but everything has to be planned for and cooked. Nursing constantly is not allowing for the time I need to cook. My breasts are too large to nurse in the sling without smothering her
I am losing weight really fast and sometimes not really eating more than once a day and I am getting moody and weepy which I know is coming from the lack of nutrients. I'm in it for the long haul, I just need some support. Pardon my pity party

Huge hugs Mama!
With DS I did a total elimation diet and one week ate nothing but pears, lamb and rice and probably some veg but it's a blur!
I cooked up a big batch of ground lamb and rice and kept it in the fridge so I didn't have to be hungry.
I lost 50lbs by the time DS was 8 mos...not a bad thing though as I was really heavy pre-preg.
The cooking and planning when you have older children must be a nightmare.

P.S You can buy pear teabags which is a change from water...
