Nutritional Value of various veggies?

Do you know a good resource (ideally a website) that lists the nutritional value of various different vegetables?

I want to do this for a few reasons:

To show my hubby that corn doesn't count as a veggie!

To decide if those recipes in "deceptively delicious" are worth the effort. Many have just a half cup of pureed veggies. So is all that time for a bite of cauliflower per serving even worth it?

To decide where to focus my efforts. For example, are mushrooms nutritious or just delicious?? Is celery just tasty water & fiber, or are we getting vitamins?

thanks brilliant mamas!

This website has comprehensive profiles for all the foods listed and in each profile you can click on "in depth nutritional profile" (or something like that) to see complete nutritional values per serving listed. It includes most common veggies and fruit as well as grains, nuts, some meat and dairy.

I like the "The good" blurb which goes beyond the basic label.

I love http://www.wolframalpha.com/ for this type of thing.

I love nutritiondata.com. You can compare different foods side by side too.

Have you decided if it's worth the effort?
I feel like no, not really, if you're going to use it only once a day. I mean, I'm not against chopping up some spinach and thowing it into tomato sauce, or pureeing leftover steamed broccoli to put into whatever else. But I've followed some of the recipes in the book and it seems a bit wasteful to me.
One recipe that sticks out in my mind is the chicken nuggets where the greens are used with the egg wash. (There was one that I really liked though, it was mashed sweet potatoes in grilled cheese. My kid loved it, and I was able to get a good portion of sweet potatoes in it.)
On the other hand, if someone were to use this way of cooking for every meal, then perhaps it would be beneficial. It certainly can't *harm* anything.
Ok so maybe I'm on the fence
