So, I tried the NT Beet Kvass recipe and since I love following directions, I put it in the fridge after 2 days out. Now I read that others leave it out 3-4 days. It hasn't gotten fizzy, as I have read it should have in descriptions of beet kvass and it is still quite salty. Can I set it back out? Should I add anything to it? It was made maybe a week or so ago. Thanks!
