Does anyone know of a very soft one? My DD only will eat Wonderbread whole wheat sandwhich bread because it is so soft. She can't stand anything chewy or harder or with seeds. All the gluten-free ones I've tried are harder and more crumbly.

It's hard to find GF bread that's totally not crumbly (at least after a few days). We've had great luck making our own in a breadmaker. King Arthur flour has a great recipe that I just put into the breadmaker and bake on the GF setting. Alternately, I'd get King Arthur's mix and try that. Definitely soft and definitely white. Hopefully that will work!

we've had good luck with Pamela's bread mix. i buy it in bulk from amazon and it saves me a bundle. i use my mixer and stainless steel pans and it comes out great. it gets kept in the fridge and then lightly toasted, more like a gentle warming, before being made into sandwiches. i believe the mix has nuts so you may not want to try it if you have nuts allergies.
