TTC on MACA

Hey All

I am new to this forum..
I have been trying to concieve now for 12 months with no success..
My other two we concieved within 3 months.
I just brought some Maca Capsules. 550mg per capsule..

I am just wondering whether many have had success with the Maca?
How many cycles before u noticed a change?
& how many caps a day people are taking?

I can't answer your questions, but I just started on Maca too three days ago! I just take 500 mg/day b/c I haven't even had my PPAF yet..

I use the powder form, I try to use 3 tsp or a tbsp in a smoothie. I just started this cycle as well, so I'm just as hopeful! FX for all of us!

I used the powder an concieved next cycle...not sure if that was the reason, but I am more than willing to give it another shot soon. would have done already were it not so pricey!

I just started taking mine too I started the day AF started and take whatever the bottle says. I can't remember the amt.
