DS has finally decided he really likes the pirate ship he got for Christmas a few years ago. Unfortunately, he was 5 or so at the time and he's now 8, so it's not really what he wants anymore (it's the Playmobile Pirate Ship). He'd really like something bigger, that he can interact with more I guess, something 3'-4' long. While mom here would prefer wood, the material is really irrelevant - we'll go plastic on this one. I've located one that would work, wood construction, at a whopping $145! Granted it's VERY nice, and probably worth it, but we're hoping to find something a bit more modestly priced. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

Quick ebay search (wooden pirate ship) turned up several in the pretend play category, including this cool one from Pottery Barn Kids. I don't know if they're big enough for you or not, though.
