sometimes with kiddos i think there "is no such thing as too much." sorry!!!!! i had to say it, i know.
disclaimer #1...as pp have stated and you seem to know, there are other medical issues going on here so medical help seems necessary
disclaimer #2....there ARE a ton of overweight toddlers and kids and there ARE kids that are eating too much but in those cases it sounds like too much of the wrong thing and in your case it seems like you're doing alot of right things.
my babe is little still but i had a 2 year old in my class two years ago that can still to this day eat me under the table. he eats healthy at home (his mom is my pal and pretty nutso about it) and at school. i think as long as they are "eating around the plate" as in eating everything offered and not just loading up on the good stuff...then you gotta just keep feeding them.
