I'm a bit freaked out right now - too early to be?

Ok, so, for my track record, both of my kids were conceived right off the bat. There was no trying. I O'ed, we DTD and there you have it - two beautiful boys!

This past weekend, the boys spent the night at my IL's and we went to an adult only BBQ, I had a couple of drinks - moreso than usual - we got home, and supposedly DTD. Apparently, I had enough to drink to where I didn't even remember us DTD. The last thing that I remember happening, was giving it a try, DH said that he wasn't feeling well, and so I stopped. He said that he woke me up to DTD and that he didn't finish or pulled out.....This NEVER happens to me. NEVER!! I'm embarrassed by it all. I just cannot believe it got to that point.
I'm not on any BC right now and DH has yet to have his 'surgery' done. The day that we DTD was 10 days from the first day of my period. I haven't been keeping track of when I O since I got my period back a couple of months ago - really no need, I thought. DS1 was conceived 11 to 12 days after the day of my period. DS, right around when I O'ed which was day 16.

We are complete with our family. COMPLETE!! The thought of becoming pg again freaks me out to no end! I've finally gotten my body back to the weight and size that I'm in love with. My boys are my life and I just don't feel like I have the room to have another enter right now.

Freaked. Out. But I guess there's nothing to do but wait until October 1st when my AF is due.

I don't know what to say, but wanted to let you know I had read and you sound so worried I wanted to give you a hug.

The odds are pretty darn low when you were likely to be 5-7 days from O and not even knowing if your DH finished. It's always possible but you would have plenty of time to get used to the idea and the details of having another if indeed you did conceive. I'm sorry you're worried about this.

I've been stressing some myself because my cycle is not back (youngest is 16 months) but I have signs of impending O frequently then no AF. With both kids I had frequent hunger, nausea, and dizziness hit hard the day after AF was due, so I keep telling myself if I don't have those signs to chill out. And if we did conceive another, that again we'd have plenty of time to get used to it and everything would surely be alright no matter what.

Within 72 hours you can take a "morning-after" pill. (and I think one was just approved that's good for 5 days.) Check with your county health dept, if you are interested. If not, I totally understand.

Or a coil can be fitted up to 5 days after the event.

I think it might be too late for that.. but DH reassures me over and over that we're okay.
